Founded in 1974 by Robert "Bob" Bennett as Roto-Weld, BPE began with a focus on nuclear projects, contributing critical components for Candu reactor installations worldwide. After Bob's retirement in 1989, his daughter, Linda Bennett Smith, took the helm, diversifying the company’s capabilities and expanding into aerospace, defense, automotive, and telecommunications sectors.
In 2017, John Gagliardi and the JRoberts Group acquired BPE, continuing its legacy of precision and innovation while enhancing its offerings. Today, BPE provides advanced manufacturing services, including machining, harness and connector manufacturing, welding, fabrication, and defense vehicle armoring. With a rich history of excellence, BPE remains a leader in precision engineering and manufacturing.
